Secret 不能說的秘密 as in translation which means a "secret could not tell", was a movie released recently by Jay Chou. After featuring in two successive movies such as "Initial D" by Andrew Lau and Alan Mak where he was winner of the best new artist at 25th Hong Kong film awards, and another epic movie "Curse of the golden flower" by Zhang Yimou.

Jay Chou as Jay a new student at Tamkang High School follow a mysterious piano tunes to the musical classroom where he meets with Yu(Kwan Lun Mei). It was a love at first sight. As their relationship getting more closer, Jay wanted to know Yu deeper but she insist that it's a secret.

As graduation day approaches, Yu decided to tell Jay all about her secrets where they promise to meet at the musical room one night but she never turn up from that day, leaving Jay a confusion in his mind. Everything seems a mystery for Jay as when he search for her throughout the school. But nobody is able to answer Jay's questions, he can't even find her name on the student registered list. To his surprise, he found Yu standing beside her father in an old photograph. So he determine to find out what the secret really is, no matter what it takes. So the rest story you need to go and watch it. I respect his request to keep it SECRET as not to review here.

Also feature in Secret was veteran Anthony Wong (Chiu) who also starring as Jay's father too in "Initial D". The chemistry between these two actors seem to spark out. According to Jay, the hardest part on shooting the movie was during the piano scenes where it was a straight recording and if got a single wrong note keyed, it needed to be retake.

A man with high ambitions, always a good thing since he widen his career from a song composer/singer to cinematic career. Beside directing and writing the movie script, he also self sponsor of this movie. Hope he will win the best director awards which will be a record breaking as the youngest director amongst the all.

The reasons people blogging because they spending most of their free time online while writing something that they had experienced before for sharing to the readers around the world.

For me, I blog because I treat it as my daily journal where i came across interesting things like making friends, communities, people around the world. It may consider as writing a diary only if you are willingly to update it everyday. Blogging can show my friends on what was happening to me or what i have been doing lately, besides keeping contact with each others by just dropping by my blog.

Moreover, for readers to keep coming back we need to update frequently either with photos or some jokes around the page. Normally only funny things that happen will keep them amaze in their memories.

While blogging, we can also earn some extra income to our month pocket money through advertisements on the blog where readers visit and click on the ads that we promote to get paid by the advertisers. Writing reviews over a product of the advertisers get more cash because we are the one setting the prices we wrote for them.

Since we are moving towards the edge of technology world, i believe more people have started blogging which i can see the numbers of bloggers increase rapidly in the recent years. Online Kiosk E-RYZA

Last week i went walking around at kl central when i saw something interesting. It was a kiosk which attracted my attention on it. This kiosk was connected to internet and phone line where there were free service like information of malaysia, interactive guide and directory platform. Pay services are like telephony, web access and video mail. These service were provided by Rhyzin Sdn Bhd. There were 2 kiosks stationed at kl central here.

This is how the kiosk look like.
Beside getting online you also can use it for calling just like the normal telephone booths around the cities. The phone calling charges i was not quite sure because i did not use it to call somebody, but i did went online from this kiosk. The charges were expensive if compared to the cyber cafe price. You need to pay rm6.00 for an hour (60 mins) where only coins were accepted. I believed they are targetting the tourist customer.

One best part about this kiosk was the design of the keyboard where the buttons were exactly the same which u press on the telephone. This was my first time using a metal keyboard to go online. The keyboard also equipped with mouse rollerball where using it just like using any laptop keyboard.

That's Me!

As i was going to watch the movie, i just sleep for 4 hours in order to meet on time with 2 of my new DEVILS friends. I woke up around 5 pm and then, took my bath before rushing to meet them. Look like i was also in rush hour too.

KL lifestyle sure got traffic jam at this hour, in fact, anywhere also jammed cause after working hours everyone was rushing back home. I managed to reach there around 6:30pm which was just in time to buy the tickets and have a dinner with them.

My dinner meal was a real simple one, that was a chicken rice. It was nothing much special except they put some sesame seeds on the chicken where some other stalls did not normally do.

While i ordered my drink at San Francisco Coffee (SFC) for a Berry Banana Smoothies. Berry Banana Smoothies was made up of banana, assorted berries (such as raspberries, blackberries and strawberries). It also contained orange juice and some vanilla low-fat yogurt. It's an ice-blended drink.It costs Rm 11.95 only excluding the government tax. This was my first time enjoying at SFC, as normally i preferred Starbucks or Coffeebean drinks.

Rush Hour 3

After working shift this morning around 10 am, suddenly i felt like going for the movie again since Musa eager to go for one. So we make an arrangement to go for movies where as Jared also joined us. For sure, we gonna chose the latest movie released on 9th August 2007 which was Rush Hour 3 by Jackie Chan and Chris Turker.

Okay, what's so good about this movie? This time i think they both did another great jobs in making the audiences happier by creating so much funny scenes and dialogues. Well, so this time what were the missions that they need to do? Of cause still related to the previous series, where consul Han (Tzi Ma) was nearly being assasinated by Jackie's childhood friend Kenji (Hiroyuki Sanada) from the ophange home.

So they need to find the root cause which lead to a triad organisations where there was a list of 13 names of the leaders gang of triads that called (Shu Yen) that was being tatooed on the head of Genevieve (Noemie Lenoir).

What's more impressed me was that Consul Han's Daughter Soo Yung (Zhang Jing Chu) have grown to teenager where she was so cute on the scene.I remembered on previous sequels that she was still a little gurl. I'd post a few photos of her here. She also starred in Seven Sword as Liu Yu Fang.

Tak Nak!!

Nak lar.. Tak Nak.. nak lar.. TAK NAK!.. i'm sure u guys know what i m talking about, yeah,.. it's an advertisement by the government on Smoking Awareness. I've been smoking for 2 years as in heavy duty where almost a packet a day.

This morning after my work, i went to buy a cigratte pack as i know i'll soon be out of stock, so i went to one of the store and ask for marlboro mentol (my usual cigratte), then i noticed there was a new type coming for this company. Introducing "Marlboro Fresh Mint".

I was surprised to see the new packaging and it attracted me so much that i decided to test this out. I gave a try on it and felt it liked more to dunhill mentol light, if compared to marlboro menthol. It was weaker in mentol.

Can you see the whole box as in chrome color? it's so awesome!

Movies Crazy..

Since i was off on monday and got nothing to do, so i might as well went for movies. I watched 2 movies in 2 days. They are the Rise: Blood Hunter and Border Town. Both movies were not so worth the price, maybe low budget movies.

This horror/thriller film was directed by Sebastian Gutierrez. Main cast are from Lucy Liu as Sadie Blake, Michael Chiklis as Detective C. Rawlins and the bad guy James D'Arcy as Bishop. From the beginning, after 20 mins watching, i was already feeling that this film was some kind of a movie of Blade by Wesley Snipes.

Sadie Blake as a reporter who was killed by vampire cult seek revenge when she woke up on a morgue finding herself of becoming one of them. Her mission was to hunt them down one by one until she found Bishop that causing her death. She was helped by Detective Rawlins whose daughter was also slaughter by the same vampire cligue.

The best part of this movie was when she found out that no matter how hard she tried to commit suicide, she will still come back to life, as her mission was not revenge. Well, my ratings for this movie gonna be 5/10 only.

Border Town featuring Jennifer Lopez as Lauren Adrian and Antonio Banderas as Alfonso Diaz, both reporters trying to solve out the mystery between the numerous women that are raped and murdered in Ciudad Juarez.

They were trying to protect the sole survivor Eva (Maya Zapata) that ever escaped for the series of slaying which involved young factory women that required to work long hours for little money in order to produce mass quantity products for a compay near the mexican bordertown.

They also try to find the two killers to bring them prosecuted but, of cause, the bad guys sure are in good position and wealthy too. So in order to catch them, Lauren need to starts working in the factory as bait on the bus ride because they sure'll follow the same routine as how they did on others. It's lucky for Lauren to escape also as Eva had told her all the routines she had been through.

Diaz which in the film got few scenes only get killed after Lauren plans the published her news since she got proof already, but she need to get back to america. Everything seems to start chaos for Eva, because she felt no more safety beyond the border as she tried to fleed to the US, together with the others migrants in the trunk of a car. She got caught and was sent back.

Finally, Lauren was back but she can't find Eva, as she had been missing from Teresa's house. So she might as well went back to Eva's hometown and tried her lucks where the ending of the story stops there by overcoming the main mastermind. My ratings for this movie, 4/10.

"Honor Thy Parents"

Charity

After a few months joining as a community member at CN Community (www.christienlavin.com/blog), we finally managed to do an outing for the charity which was visiting the old folk’s home on Sunday, 29th July, 2007.

As I was working on night shift, I was late for that day event cause we were supposed to meet at kerinchi lrt station around 2pm while I could only managed to wake up at that time also if CN (christien new) didn’t make a call to me. Without wasting anytime, I rushed to the area only to find out that they already started their journey to Kajang. So I took the ktm to the kajang station and many thanks to Jordan who picked me up at the station before I can make it to that place.

Since i was late, it's late better than absent (crap that's for working), it's late better than miss it, i felt like no strangers to them where everyone was so friendly. I felt a bit embarrased talking to them because i was late and some more i missed the front part where everyone was waiting for us. I even heard that these gramps were singing all the way when they reached here to welcome us.

I did saw cheerful and joyful faces of everyone there. Next thing, i was introduced to the community by Jordan cause this is the first time i am meeting them. Then i noticed these machine which was brought by amelia's frenz echo lim to check the antioxiden level. which will determind the your anti-aging system is good or not meaning we are getting older faster than your current age?

After that i was toured by CN around the living places of the gramps, this remind me of why there's such people that don't want their own parents? If weren't them, then we wouldn't be who we are today!.We should blessed them for bringing us up, teaching and guiding us the correct ways.

After this, I really felt sad for them where their kids that they so hard earning to raise them up treated them in this way. I really hoped that we'll be able to help them more while not waiting for them to end their life on there.
I also managed to try out the machine, which actually I tested it few months ago at cheras leisure mall. But in order to see how's my health level was, so I might go and trying it again. The result was more statisfying cause it showed than I'm not below 10k lvl already.
